WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY MATERNITY SESSION?

Maternity sessions are best photographed between the 27 - 33 weeks.

Clients typically book 1 -2 months in advance, especially if a weekend date is needed. However, please reach out to inquire about last minute openings.

WHEN WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?

Maternity sessions in the studio typically take place on Saturday mornings and during the afternoon if the session is done during the week. For outdoor sessions our availability varies based on weather/sunlight.

ARE DRESSES PROVIDED FOR MY MATERNITY SESSION?

Yes! Our clients have exclusive access to our gorgeous collection of couture gowns and fabrics to style your session. We also have jewelry and accessories available in the studio. After your slot is secured, you will receive a private link to view all of the client closet dresses.

wHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Underwear colors we recommend to bring are: white, nude (ideally a little darker than your skin) and black.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend wearing a comfy dress, it will make it easier for you to get change in the studio or outdoors.

SHOULD I GET MY HAIR DONE?

Freshly washed and styled hair is a must!.

WHAT ABOUT MY NAILS?

Nails need to match the chosen style ahead of time. Best if you have natural nails with french manicure or pastel colors. If you prefer not to have them done, just have them cleaned of any debris.

WHAT SHOULD MY SPOUSE WEAR?

It all depends if you want a more classic or formal look. Preferably nice dress shoes with khaki, grey, navy, black pants or dark jeans. A black, tan or white shirt or t-shirt. A blazer is optional!.

CAN WE INCLUDE FAMILY SHOTS?

Yes, depending on the package you choose.

CAN I RECOMMEND ANY SPECIFIC POSES?

Absolutely!. Feel free to send me any photographs from my portfolio.

ANY RECOMMENDATIONS?

Good rest before your session is your best friend! Have a good meal before your shoot. Sugar levels may drop rapidly during pregnancy and hunger will catch you unexpectedly. Snacks and drinks are always stocked in the studio.
